  Laser processing technology is a comprehensive technology that utilizes the characteristics of the interaction between laser beams and materials to cut,weld,surface treat,drill holes,and micro process materials(including metals and non-metals).Laser technology involves multiple disciplines such as optics,mechanics,electronics,materials,and detection.Traditionally,its research scope can generally be divided into:
  1.Laser processing system.Including lasers,light guiding systems,machining machines,control systems,and detection systems.
  2.Laser processing technology.Including various processing techniques such as cutting,welding,surface treatment,drilling,marking,marking,and fine tuning.
  Laser welding machine:sealing devices for automotive parts,lithium batteries,medical devices,electronic appliances,and various devices that do not allow welding pollution and deformation.The current laser welding machines used include fiber optic transmission laser welding machines,nanosecond laser welding machines,YAG laser welding machines,etc.
  Laser cutting machine:used for cutting various metal parts and special materials,including quartz glass,silicone rubber,alumina ceramic sheets below 1mm,titanium alloys used in the aerospace industry,and so on.There are CO2 laser cutting machines and fiber laser cutting machines used.
  Laser marking machine:It is widely used in various materials and most industries.Currently,the most widely used laser marking machines include fiber laser marking machines,ultraviolet laser marking machines,and CO2 laser marking machines.
  Laser drilling machine:Laser drilling is mainly used in industries such as aerospace,automotive manufacturing,electronic instruments,and chemical engineering.The rapid development of laser drilling is mainly reflected in the fact that the average output power of YAG lasers used for drilling has increased from 400w five years ago to 800w to 1000w.The current mature application of laser drilling in China is in the production of artificial diamond and natural diamond drawing dies,as well as in the production of gemstone bearings for clocks and instruments,aircraft blades,multi-layer printed circuit boards,and other industries.At present,most of the lasers used are YAG lasers,CO2 lasers,as well as some excimer lasers,isotope lasers,and semiconductor pump lasers.
