Application of Laser in OLED

  According to the classification of OLED manufacturing,AMOLED manufacturing can be divided into front-end BP(backplane end);Middle end EL(evaporation plating end);Backend Module has three segments.
  Laser equipment is widely used in all three ends:the BP end is mainly used for laser annealing;The EL end is mainly used for laser cutting,LLO laser glass,FFM laser detection,etc;The MODULE end is mainly used for laser cutting and chamfering of flexible panel modules.
