The application of lasers in the automotive field

  The automotive field is one of the largest fields of high-power lasers,mainly used for welding of whole vehicles and automotive components.At present,the market space for automotive manufacturing equipment in China is expected to be over 150 billion yuan,of which automotive welding and assembly automation equipment accounts for about 25%of the overall equipment investment,and the market space is about 40 billion yuan.
  The laser equipment used in automobiles is mainly used for mainline welding and offline component processing:mainline welding refers to the assembly process of the entire car body.In addition,in the process of automobile manufacturing,in addition to the processing of white body,door,frame and other components in the main welding process,there are also a large number of components that are not manufactured on the main line that can be processed by laser,such as quenching of engine core components,welding of transmission gears,valve lifters,door hinges,and so on.
